Struggling with mental disorders is painful. However, therapy and medication are equally helpful. Therefore, what we talk about, changes how we view our problems and the world around us. Specifically, trauma is living in the past and anxiety is living in the future. If you are struggling with them, we can work together to live in the current moment. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University and have received a variety of evidence-based trainings including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Exposure Therapy (ET), Existential Therapy, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, 12-Step Recovery, and Culturally Sensitive approach.
I believe you can change by focusing on what is important to you, and your strengths. My expertise is working with Anxiety, Addiction, Depression, Childhood & Adulthood Trauma, Relationship, and Couple’s issues.
Also, I have a very good understanding of the mechanism between mental health issues & substance abuse and gained very good experience in both areas. Moreover, I am one of the few pioneers in Cleveland who uses Virtual Reality as an assistant tool for his treatment.
